Nice 1/4 Plate Confederate Tin Type

This is a Civil War Confederate Tin Type that is from the Peck Collection. Appears to be of a young confederate cavalry soldier. His hat and other features similar to Col. Mosby’s men. The statement is from a letter that was on inside of the tin type.
