Union Buckles and Plates - Union Belt buckles of the Civil War
Beautiful Non-Excavated Civil War Eagle Sword Belt Buckle With Belt
Item #: CS480
This is a very nice Civil War issue belt buckle on leather. This was the style worn on the sword belt by Civil War soldiers. it has the words on the banner saying "E PLURIBUS UNUM". This is the style with a one piece wreath. On the back of the buckle it has the narrow hook for its keeper . Which tells us its an earlier belt buckle. It has its original keeper and belt adjuster along with its original belt. All in all it is an attractive non excavated Civil War eagle sword belt buckle on its original leather belt.
